Practice

We sit with retail operations, channel governance, and internal audit while they still have time to change the application—not after the committee has already heard that “customers cannot exceed their limit.”

Why we exist

Banks and e-money issuers in Malaysia accumulate maker-checker matrices, vendor walkthroughs, and UAT screenshots faster than they sample live customer instructions. SchemaCloud Hub Advisory exists to slow that pile down: reconstruct the path a transfer actually took, name the accounts that can skip a step, and leave a pack someone can attach to a sitting.

We work from No. 114 Jln Damai, Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan, 55000, Malaysia. Clients are typically domestic commercial banks, Islamic banks, and e-money issuers whose customers move funds through a mobile application rather than a branch slip. We do not sell software licences or process payments on this site.

How we work

Engagements are time-bounded financial audits of applications: trail packs, maker-checker walkthroughs, payee-integrity reviews, limit tests, and privileged-function examinations. You bring read-only access and a named owner; we bring sampling, writing, and a walkthrough. Fees on the site are informational until a statement of work is confirmed.

People who write the packs

A small Kuala Lumpur team. Engagements are staffed from this office, not from a rotating bench of unnamed contractors.
